The Benefits of Neurofeedback
Evidence-based results that transform how your brain works
Improved Emotional Regulation
Helps individuals manage anxiety, depression, and PTSD by teaching the brain to move out of "fight or flight" mode and into a state of calm.
Enhanced Focus & Cognitive Function
Highly effective for ADHD and learning disabilities, helping the brain sustain attention and process information faster.
Better Sleep Quality
By stabilizing brainwave patterns, neurotherapy can alleviate insomnia and help the body enter deep, restorative sleep cycles.
Why You Should See a Consultant
Every brain is unique. You shouldn't guess which areas need training. A neurofeedback consultant provides a precise, personalized roadmap — not a generic solution.
A QEEG Brain Map
A "weather map" of your brain's electrical activity that identifies exactly where imbalances are occurring.
Customized Protocols
A specific plan targeting your unique symptoms — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Safety & Monitoring
Ensures the training is moving your brain in a healthy direction, adjusting frequency and intensity as you progress.
When to Get a Consultation
- Traditional methods aren't working — if talk therapy or medication haven't produced the desired results.
- You experience "Brain Fog" — constantly fatigued, unfocused, or mentally "cloudy" without a clear medical cause.
- You've suffered a Concussion or TBI — neurofeedback is excellent for rehabilitating the brain after physical trauma.
- You want to optimize — students, athletes, and professionals looking for a competitive mental edge can benefit too.
The Step-by-Step Consultation Process
A clear, guided journey from first contact to personalized training
Clinical Intake & Goal Setting
The consultant will sit down with you to discuss your history, symptoms, and what you hope to achieve — whether it's reducing anxiety, improving focus, or recovering from a brain injury.
The QEEG Brain Map
A specialized cap with sensors is placed on your head to record your brain's electrical activity. This is completely non-invasive — it only "listens" to your brain, it doesn't "zap" it.
Data Analysis
Your brainwave patterns are compared against a "normative database" of thousands of healthy brains, revealing exactly where your brain is over-active or under-active.
The Personalized Plan
Based on your map, a custom "protocol" is created. For example, if your map shows too much Alpha activity linked to depression, training focuses on rewarding the brain for producing more Beta waves.
"Test Drive" Session
You'll often get to see the equipment in action — watching a movie or playing a simple game that only progresses when your brain hits the target frequencies.
We Are a Direct-Pay Practice
Neurofeedback is not currently recognized or reimbursed by insurance companies. Because of this, we operate as a direct-pay practice — meaning payment is made directly by you at the time of service.
We believe you deserve full transparency about how your care is billed. You are always welcome to contact your insurance provider directly to verify coverage — and we're happy to provide any documentation you may need for that conversation.
